Operational Support Manager

Due to our clients phenomenal growth they are looking to appoint an Operations Support Manager to support their Head of Operations.The role requires your flexibility and ability to multitask in pushing the business forward, taking ownership and responsibility in areas, whilst playing a supporting role in others. You will have regular interactions with all departments from Logistics, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales and Procurement.The Key Accountabilities will include:Facilities and Service Provider managementContractor relationship management, liaison and co-ordinatorContract and Price Negotiation with service providers Service providers will include: IT service providersMobile and desk-based phonesEnergy providersCleaning companyMaintenance contractorsInsurance providersPhotocopier rental and servicingMaintain office supply inventory at appropriate levels. Ensure restocking and appropriate cost tracking.Supporting the office and new starters with providing and changing IT equipment. Maintaining a log of IT equipment. Operations efficiency and excellence:Supports the Head of Operations to spearhead continuous improvement across the business.Identifies opportunities to standardise, document and define policies and procedures.Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiativesPlan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensu
