Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Advisor to work for our client based in Scunthorpe, UK.Job Title: Customer Operations AdvisorLocation: Scunthorpe, DN15Pay/Salary: 13.06/hour, 27,164.80/annumWorking Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 4:30pm, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch per day, overtime opportunities ad-hoc and rareType of Employment: 12 weeks temporary to permanent Main duties and responsibilities: Adhere to HandS policies and site proceduresManage stock, including ordering and replenishment based on customer needsMaintain and expedite order books, track deliveries, and chase suppliersRaise purchase orders on behalf of customersKeep accurate records of transactions and stock movements on Company and customer systemsResolve purchasing, supplier, and invoice queriesBook goods in and out, issue to customers, and update systemsConduct regular stock counts and stock takesMaintain housekeeping and 5S standards in stores and office areasLiaise with engineers and suppliers for non-stock and missing partsTake a proactive approach to inventory and stock managementEssential skills / experience / qualifications:Active clean UK Driving license essentialBasic competent IT literacy skills - professional email correspondence and use of MS Office for data entry - able to adapt to ERP systems on-siteBasic MS Excel skills are essential for data entry, ability to sort and organize information on spreadsheets effectively, utilizing features such as filters and table
