The Role: Fire Risk Assessments Reactive fire prevention Passive fire stopping works Finishing General maintenance repairs in properties Liaise with tenants/residents Essential: Full Driving Licence (Company van and Fuel Card Provided) Desirable: Previous Social Housing Experience NVQ Qualification Level 2 in passive Fire Protection (25 days holiday plus bank holidays)
