This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week (with options for 37.5 or 35 hours pro rata), with a hybrid setup (2-3 days in the office after training) offering a salary of up to 36,571.The role involves supporting customers in complex and sensitive financial situations, providing tailored advice and helping them reach sustainable outcomes.This is more than a customer service role, it''s an opportunity to provide meaningful, life-changing support.
