Corporate SolicitorHull City Centre 60k to 70k DOEMonday to Friday Office based A well established and loyal client is looking for a corporate solicitor to play a vital role in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and all aspects related to the structure and planning in relation to their client''s businesses. This position involves managing your own caseload, supporting the Corporate team, and actively contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.
