Customer Success Manager (French Speaking) at Bluebeam. The CSM for France partners with customers to achieve their goals and desired outcomes with Bluebeam solutions. The CSM is an expert in the functional use cases of Bluebeam’s solutions across core industry verticals and roles, with a focus on ensuring customers receive the value they expect to drive renewals, expansions, and advocacy for adoption across France.What you\''ll do

Support pre-sales opportunities by demonstrating Bluebeam’s capabilities and answering the prospect’s product related questions.Support onboarding of new customer users by demonstrating Bluebeam’s best practices for the customer’s desired use case(s).Partner with customers to create success plans that enable the achievement of the customer’s desired outcomes.Deliver activities driven by a success plan including knowledge shares and project kick-offs.Connect with End Users to gather current use cases, metrics and opportunities to capture additional value.Share value and usage data with customers in business reviews to secure renewals and encourage expanded investments in licenses and training.Represent Bluebeam at industry events including trade shows and conferences.Partner with Marketing to help create and deliver customer facing content including webinars and videos.What we need from you

Strong background in Architecture, Construction or Engineering (Structural, MEP, Civil, Energy) Industries.Experience and familiarity with modern design and construction software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong software skills including typical office programs such as MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Teams, etc.5 years in a professional Architecture, Engineering, and or Construction role.Additional experience as a Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer or Account Manager preferredBachelor’s Degree or applicable trade program completionStrongly preferred experience using Bluebeam SolutionsWhat we offer
