Location: Balsall Common, West Midlands (CV7) Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Package: Car or Car Allowance, 10% Company Pension and Bonus About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure works on HS2 in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key track drainage, highways and road construction packages on one of the UK''s largest infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. A strong background in self-delivery is essential, with proven experience managing directly employed labour, plant and materials on major civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of track drainage, highways and road construction packages on HS2. Take full responsibility for project safety, quality, programme, cost and delivery. Oversee self-delivered civil engineering works, including directly employed labour, plant and materials. Develop and manage construction programmes, short-term look-aheads and resource plans.
