Support includes welfare checks, appointments, tenancy sustainment and practical assistance to build independence.This role involves lone working and delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support to help clients stabilise, progress and move into permanent housing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop personalised support plans and deliver one-to-one sessions.Provide housing-related support, including tenancy sustainment and move-on planning.Carry out welfare checks, safety checks and respond to emergencies.Identify and act on safeguarding concerns.Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.Work with housing partners and external agencies to coordinate support.About YouEssential:Experience in supported accommodation or a similar support role.Str
