Assistant Project Planner role - Civils and Water SSA are currently recruiting for an expanding multi-disciplined Civil Engineering contractor who are looking to add an Assistant Project Planner to their team working on Severn Trent Water projects across the Midlands. These schemes will consist of civil engineering works related to the upgrade of clean and wastewater treatment upgrades, pipelines, mains replacements, and pumping station projects. They are looking for someone from an engineering background, who understands the principles of civil engineering who is keen to tranisition away from site work into a Planning role. You will receive full training from an experienced Senior Planner and will be responsible for: Assisting in development and management of live project programmes Producing look-ahead programmes and procurement schedules Monitoring project progress against baseline programmes Supporting teams with design, procurement and planning input Assisting with critical path anlysis, schedule reviews, and programme impact assessments; Assist with reporting on project performance, milestones, and variances They will be able to offer a strong salary and package for the role, along with an excellent training and development programme, Essential: Engineering experience within Civils Qualification within civil engineering or related subject ..... full job details .....
