What you''re selling The customer isn''t buying a cabinet. They''re buying a safe, compliant way to store hazardous materials, from lithium-ion batteries to flammable liquids, chemicals and gas cylinders, in laboratories, universities, pharmaceutical sites, factories, defence and construction. That means the site survey, the right distributor, the installation and the service that follows. The business sees its job as raising awareness, not just meeting minimum legal requirements, so much of the selling is education.
