A friendly and inclusive primary school in Didcot is seeking a passionate Graduate SEN TA to join its dedicated support team. This is a great opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain practical classroom experience, develop specialist SEN skills and support pupils as they progress through their education. The Role As a Graduate SEN TA, you will: Deliver 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN. Assist teachers during lessons, interventions and classroom activities. Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff and other professionals. Encourage pupils to engage positively with their learning. About You The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have: A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related discipline. A genuine interest in supporting children and young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach.
