Locations: Portsmouth and Wimborne Salary: £28,000 £33,400 depending on experience and knife skill level Day shift (5:30am 3:30pm) or Night shift (6pm 4am) -Monday to Friday Amendment to this shift pattern is possible. Quality, precision and pride in your craft matter more than production-line speed. We re looking for a Fish Filleter with: Experience in hand filleting fish (any species) Reliability, professionalism and a team-focus
