This is a full time long term position supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. About the Role Full time long term HLTA position in a primary schoolWorking 1:1 with pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language needs, and social difficultiesSupporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulationDelivering small interventions and occasionally covering classesWorking closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external professionalsHelping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environmentWere Looking For HLTA qualification or strong experience covering classesProven experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and other additional needsConfident working 1:1 and adapting learning to meet individual needsStrong behaviour skills and a calm, patient approachExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesA genuine passion for supporting children with SENThis School Supportive leadership and SEN teamInclusive ethos with excellent resourcesOpportunities for ongoing training and developmentEasily accessible from across South West LondonIf you are a committed HLTA with strong SEN experience and a passion for helping children thrive, we would love to hear from you.
