Job PurposeAs a Senior Water Network Technical Analyst, you\''ll play a crucial role in shaping and implementing best practices across our network. Responsibilities
Drive Operational Excellence- Support the Network Technical Team in implementing best practices and operational improvements across all network hub areas.
Optimise Performance- Play a key role in developing and delivering streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Be the Network Link- Work as part of a dedicated team ensuring seamless collaboration and procedural consistency across network hubs.
Provide Expert Technical Insight- Act as a go-to advisor, offering independent and holistic technical support for both local and wider hub areas.
Champion Quality and Consistency- Help implement a unified approach to managing quality performance, ensuring best practices are upheld.
Ensure Compliance and Standards- Support the Technical Assurance and Compliance Manager in rolling out policies that drive consistency and excellence across the network.
Lead Root Cause Analysis- Serve as an impartial facilitator for technical reviews, ensuring thorough and effective Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
