Key Responsibilities MEICA Leadership and Delivery Lead all MEICA activities from project initiation through to completion Ensure designs are buildable and challenge solutions through value engineering Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and control systems Manage a MEICA team working closely with civil, design, and delivery teams Coordinate MEICA design, interfaces, and interdependencies across programmes Lead both complex and non-complex projects to time, cost, and quality targets Commercial, Programme and Supply Chain Manage operational and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting Oversee procurement, supply chain performance, and contractor delivery Allocate resources effectively to meet programme demands Support tendering and work-winning activities Health, Safety and Quality Lead MEICA health and safety, including electrical safety procedures Promote a strong safety culture across all projects Ensure commissioning plans, ITPs, and quality documentation are in place Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, compliant delivery Stakehold
