Are you a B2B Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Business Development Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership, shape sales strategy, and develop a small team within a growing specialist business?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company where you will be trusted to build structure, set clear targets and processes, and drive growth across both new business and existing accounts, with the backing of an established operational team.

This business supplies heating oil and provides fuel tank services for domestic and commercial customers nationwide, covering tank installation, replacement, removal and maintenance. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced sales leader to strengthen and develop their sales function.

In this role you will manage and support a team of 3, lead B2B sales activity, generate new leads, develop opportunities through to completion, and work closely with operations to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction. The position is primarily office based with flexibility for 1-2 days from home.

This role would suit a proven B2B sales leader with management experience, looking for long-term development, increased responsibility, and the chance to put their stamp on a growing sales operation.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a team of 3 sales staff, setting KPIs and targets
• Drive B2B new business (approx. 70%) and develop existing opportunities
• Build sales strategy, processes and reporting in line with growth plans
• Work closely with operations to support delivery and customer experience
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office, 1-2 days from home

The Person:

• Proven B2B sales management experience
• Track record of winning new clients and developing opportunities
• Any understanding of installation / engineering / waste removal / heat systems advantageous
