I''m currently working in partnership with a growing signage business that is entering an exciting new phase, as they bring their manufacturing capability in-house at a newly established production facility in Loughborough.

They are now looking to appoint a Sign Maker / Production All-Rounder, with a strong emphasis on finishing. My client has an established presence delivering signage solutions to clients nationwide, including: Builders'' merchants, Plumbing suppliers, Petrol Stations & Schools.

The Role

You''ll be joining a small, hands-on team and will play a key role in day-to-day production. The position is heavily focused on finishing, alongside supporting wider production activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Sign finishing and assembly
• Laminating and working with folded panels
• Operating wide format print equipment
• General production support
• Occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle

Requirements

• At least 12 months'' experience within signage or a relevant print/production environment
• Strong finishing skills (lamination, panel work, assembly)
• Hands-on, reliable and adaptable approach
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Package

• -25,000 - -28,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working hours (e.g. 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm)
