The Portfolio Group are looking for a highly organised and proactive junior Administrator, to join our established, global Recruitment business!This is a varied role that combines admin and office duties as well as helping consultants with CV formatting, advert responses and stationary orders.This would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-moving business and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes!Responsibilities include;General admin, travel arrangements, organising meetings, ordering stationary and assisting with event planningCoordinating internal meetingsMaintaining internal processes and systemsActing as a point of contact across the business to ensure things get done efficiently and smoothlyWhat are we looking for?Someone who has worked within a Recruitment environment is ideal but not essentialGeneral office admin experience is essentialSomeone who is proactive, positive, organised, able to work independently and use initiativeStrong communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood IT / Office skills such as ExcelWhat we can offer you;You''ll be joining an established, global Recruitment business who have been around for 37 years.
