An established and growing engineering and manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its quality team due to continued expansion and increased project demand. The company operates within a fabrication-focused environment, supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Technician to join a busy production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and finished products meet required standards prior to dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, components, and finished products against drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures
• Review and compile quality documentation, including inspection and traceability records
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience

• Previous experience in a quality inspection role within engineering or manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment (e.g. verniers, micrometers)
• Understanding of quality systems and documentation
