You will be supporting with the daily running of the accounts function and your key responsibilities will be: Coding and sorting purchase invoices, posting bank payments and liaising with suppliers regarding payment dates. Updating all fixed asset registers and complete depreciation journals quarterly. Prepare rental calculations and pay all rental invoices. Raise purchase orders for all companies. Supporting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts. Complete quarterly VAT returns using the Sage MTD software for both VAT groups, when needed.
