Group Tax Manager, Greenfield Role

This is a greenfield opportunity with significant scope for the role to evolve. You will be building processes from the ground up with a hands-on approach, while also influencing strategy and providing commercial advice. They are flexible about office presence and only require 1-2 days / week in the office.This ambitious, fast-growing tech company is hiring a Group Tax Manager for the first time. As part of their growth plans, they are looking for an experienced tax professional to join the finance team and take full ownership of tax matters across multiple international territories.Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate tax compliance in the UK and internationally, working with internal teams and external providersOversee VAT compliance as well as RandD claims, employment taxes, and transfer pricing obligationsAct as the primary point of contact for all tax matters, providing clear, commercially focused advice to senior managementEstablish and improve processes to ensure efficient, compliant tax operations across the groupSeniority level
