Main duties: An exciting opportunity to support the growth of the German and Western European markets managing sales and administration.
 

The role:
- Respond to customers' enquiries via telephone and email
- Process orders and arrange deliveries
- Issue quotations and invoices
- Arrange transportation and manage general sales administration
- Maintain strong customer relations and provide excellent customer service
- Expand on business opportunities with existing accounts through upselling

The candidate:
- Fluency in German to an intermediate to fluent level - Essential
- Experience in an administrative role and customer service - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
 

The salary:up to £32,000 per annum pro rata (this role would offer 24 hours / week work in average)
