You will be the go-to person for all MEP matters in the preconstruction stage, working closely with operational, commercial, and client teams.Responsibilities:Lead MEP input throughout the preconstruction phase, including client meetings, design reviews, and procurement strategies.Review and provide input into project programmes, ensuring MEP integration with construction activities and overall sequencing.Work collaboratively with design teams to identify and implement value engineering and DfMA solutions.Attend and contribute to internal tender launches, client presentations, and interviews.Analyse subcontractor tenders and support commercial teams with comparisons, clarifications, and selection.Oversee MEP-related RFIs, TQs, and commissioning strategies, ensuring alignment with client CxA play
