The RoleYou will manage a varied private client caseload, including:Drafting Wills, including complex Wills.Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).Probate and full estate administration.Obtaining Grants of Probate.Inheritance Tax and succession planning.Trusts and Court of Protection matters.Advising clients on elderly client law and related matters.
