We''re looking for a patient, adaptable, and supportive GCSE tutor to work 1:1 with a learner who has SEN needs and requires a flexible, confidence-building approach. The student is capable but currently struggles with focus, motivation, and managing the demands of GCSE-level work without the right support. This role combines mentoring with academic guidance. Building trust, emotional safety, and a calm learning environment will be key. Academic content will be introduced gradually, at the student''s pace, with the aim of reducing pressure and helping them reconnect with learning in a way that feels achievable.
