You''ll have the opportunity to take ownership of customer accounts, build relationships across the business and help improve finance processes as the company continues to grow.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Processing and raising customer invoices and credit notes.Maintaining accurate customer accounts and sales ledger records.Allocating customer payments and investigating unallocated cash.Reconciling the sales ledger and issuing customer statements.Proactively managing outstanding debt and chasing overdue payments.Building relationships with customers to resolve invoice queries and payment disputes.Negotiating payment plans and escalating problematic accounts where necessary.Supporting aged debt reporting, cash collection forecasts and month-end processes.Assessing new customer credit applications and assisting with credit limits.Working closely with Sales and Customer Operations to resolve issues affecting ..... full job details .....
