Senior Payroll Administrator

Portfolio Payroll are supporting a nationwide client based in Wakefield, seeking an Interim Senior Payroll Administrator to come in and support them during a period of increased demand.This role will pay 15 per hour, and you can start ASAP.Key Duties/Tasks:Technical skills including payroll system experience and excel skillsSupport the busy payroll departmentExperience dealing with multiple payrolls of varying shift patternsMust have very strong Excel (VLookUps/Pivot Tables)High volume and fast paced roleProvide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queriesEnsuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Reconciliations.Manual calculations of overtimes and bouses for exampleExperience of T and A system essentialVery technical payroll responsibilitiesDesirable skills and attributes:Previous payroll experience in a fast paced and high-volume environmentA keen eye for detailEnjoy working within a teamExcellent communicatorConfident with ExcelExperience of working independentlyCIPP qualification advantageousPlease apply for more information!
