ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004, our London collection has grown to include venues in Charlotte Street, Mayfair, and Canary Wharf. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata.

Main DutiesYour key responsibilities will include:Ensure that all food products are consistent with recipesTo maintain all mis-en-place at a sufficient levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling food quality, consistency, appearance and tasteTo work straight or split shifts depending on the needs of the businessTo oversee correct handling of raw products whilst ensuring quantities are prepared in accordance with recipes
