Site Supervisor - Solar Farm ConstructionLocation: West KentContract: Long-term contractRate: Up to 340 per dayWe are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to support the construction of a large-scale ground-mounted solar project in West Kent.You will work closely with Site Management and subcontractors to maintain safe working practices, construction quality and progress across the site.Day-to-day responsibilities:Supervise subcontractors and site activityEnsure construction follows drawings and agreed specificationsMonitor quality and workmanshipComplete inspections and maintain site recordsSupport daily programme deliveryMonitor materials and site deliveriesRaise and track defects and outstanding worksSupport safe working practices across the projectAssist Site Management with reporting and coordinationEssential experience:Recent utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV experienceStrong practical construction experienceCivil, Electrical or Mechanical construction backgroundGood understanding of UK construction HSE requirementsUK driving licenceQualifications / certifications:SSSTSGold CSCS or Gold ECS CardFirst Aid certificationTWS / Temporary Works Supervisor experience or qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.We are particularly interested in Supervisors who can demonstrate hands-on experience delivering civil packages on large solar farms.Please apply with a CV detailing your recent ground-mounted solar projects, project MW size and the packages you ..... full job details .....
