This role supports senior stakeholders with accurate reporting, group consolidation, and ongoing improvements across systems and processes in a multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate will either be immediately available or on 1 months notice. Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and support group consolidationLead month-end close, including journals, accruals, and variance analysisDeliver insightful reporting to support strategic decisionsProduce balance sheet reconciliations and assist with statutory reportingPartner with budget holders to improve financial performanceDrive process improvements and maintain strong internal controlsAbout You:Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with 3+ years'' experienceStrong background in management accounting and financial analysisAdvanced Excel skills (lookups, modelling, preferably macros)Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)Confident communicator, able to influence non-finance stakeholdersProactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting The ideal candidate will be available to start with 1 month and be commutable from Birmingham.
