You will act as the first point of response for service and maintenance activities within your allocated locations, ensuring refrigeration and associated systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance of refrigeration equipment at customer locations.Effectively service, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and provide assistance with HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits.Prioritise maintenance and repair tasks to meet agreed response times and service level agreements.Identify non-repairable faults and promptly report findings to the Line Manager, including recommendations for suitable replacement solutions.Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are completed within agreed timescales.Accurately complete and maintain all technical, compliance, and service documentation in line with procedures.Participate in an out-of-hours standby rota, including responsibility for arranging and communicating cover requirements due to holidays or ..... full job details .....
