Its technology protects workforces and infrastructure across a wide range of industrial, manufacturing, energy and process-led sectors.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role offering full PandL ownership, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to shape the direction of a technically advanced, high-impact business.The role: Reporting at board level, you will have end-to-end responsibility for strategy, commercial performance, operations and people. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, service, supply chain and commercial functions, ensuring the business continues to scale while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality.Responsibilities: Developing and executing a growth strategy across core and emerging marketsFull ownership of PandL performance, budgeting and forecastingLeading operational delivery across manufacturing, service and technical supportShapin
