As Social Care Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to ensure the team are confident, skilled, and fully compliant. You''ll deliver engaging training sessions across all mandatory subjects and support colleagues to continuously develop their practice. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver mandatory adult social care training, including moving and handling, safeguarding, infection control and dementia awarenessSupport new starters through induction and ongoing developmentMaintain up-to-date training records and ensure all training meets regulatory requirementsPromote best practice and a high-quality learning culture within the homeWork collaboratively with the leadership team to identify training needsRequirementsWe are looking for someone who is passionate about great care and confident in engaging learners at all levels. You will have:A relevant training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent)Train the Trainer certificates in mandatory adult social care subjectsExperience delivering training in a care home or health and social care environmentStrong communication
