Whether you are a technical expert or a design specialist, you will find technical solutions to support the structures department in a multidisciplinary environment. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM ? You will define and deliver technical design solutions, studies and investigations in line with airworthiness requirements, covering the full lifecycle from concept to in-service support. ? You will provide design leadership to internal and external teams, including robust sub-contract management on design activities. ? You will manage the identification and delivery of change through modification processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to cost and quality standards. ? You will drive continuous improvement and lean engineering initiatives to enhance team efficiency, Right First Time delivery and lead time reduction. ? You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, chief engineers and programmes to ensure effective governance of design and maturity reviews. ABOUT YOU ? Proven capability in leading design teams or complex projects with a track record of delivering to cost, time and quality. ?
