This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently Set up and adjust powder guns, including selecting correct settings and tips for different surfaces Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of powder coating equipment Follow job instructions and production requirements accurately Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Assist with preparation work, including cleaning and masking components Rotate between powder coating areas as required to support production demands Skills and Experience Previous experience in powder coating or a similar industrial finishing role Good understanding of powder coating processes, equipment, and application techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities A strong focus on workplace safety and safe equipment operation Reliable, flexible, and a positive team player At Cogent Staffing, we are committed to eth
