Job Purpose: We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead, oversee and continually enhance our Quality functions. This is a senior level role responsible for driving Quality performance across the business, championing continuous improvement, and embedding robust quality processes throughout manufacturing operations. This role will have 3 direct reports and 20 indirect reports. We are looking for a confident, influential leader with a strong manufacturing background, capable of managing and developing a team of QC Inspectors, Quality Coordinators, Quality Production Managers and Quality Systems teams.
