You will act as the first point of contact and provide support to both customers and colleagues, with all matters relating to safeguarding, across Beyond Housing''s operating area in North Yorkshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire. You will oversee, manage and monitor all alerts and referrals, providing advice, support and guidance, to your colleagues, as well as liaising with customers and external stakeholders. You will ensure all alerts are acted upon promptly and fully investigated to conclusion. You will represent the organisation at safeguarding meetings, and work in conjunction with both statutory and third sector partners, to develop joint working processes and contribute to strategies regarding safeguarding and Prevent.
