Job Role: Workshop Plant Fitter Location: Croydon, London Salary: £30,000-£33,000 base salary Hours: Monday-Friday 07.00-16.30 + Job Type: Full time, Permanent The Client:Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established and National plant hire firm to support the growth of their team. Our client, who have been established for over 50 years, have reached a stage of growth where they are looking to onboard and train engineers from either a plant, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural background to the team. They offer a comprehensive training scheme alongside relative internal progression routes. The package: 22 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays / Increasing by 1 day for every year of service (25 overall)All overtime over 8 hours per day is paid at 1.5xA minimum of 5 hours of overtime available per weekSalary Sacrifice Scheme for an addition 5 days annual leave per annumFull training and development with a focus on internal progression, route is as follows: (Workshop/Mobile Engineer > Lead Engineer > Hiring Manager > Site Manager > Regional Manager)All of the above promotions accompany substantial increases in salary and benefits. The Requirements: Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry (essential)Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)Experience working on engines would be advantageousElectrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair and service experience
