Contract Manager- BerkshireRetrofit and Decarbonisation Projects - Social HousingUp to £70,000 plus package My client are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to join the business in an exciting period of growth on multiple projects in Berkshire.Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of decarbonisation projects that are being delivered across low and high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client. Works that are being delivered include EWI, Heat Source Pumps, Loft Insulation and Solar Panels. Your team will consist of a Project Manager, three site managers and two resident liaison officers. The Role;Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO s and subcontractors.
