What you''ll do: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across the Level 3 EAL Engineering Apprenticeship programme. Lead and develop the apprenticeship programme, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and learner achievement. Teach a range of engineering subjects, including engineering design, fluid mechanics, lean manufacturing, CAD, CNC machining and mechanical assemblies. Deliver engaging practical workshop sessions, ensuring apprentices develop industry-standard skills in a safe environment. Monitor apprentice progress, providing timely feedback and interventions to maximise achievement. Assess apprentice work in line with EAL standards and contribute to internal quality assurance activities.
