Graduate Business Development Executive

Salary: -30,000 - -32,000 + Commission & Bonus

Location: Reading (Hybrid Working)

Are you an ambitious graduate looking to kickstart your career in management consulting?

We are working with a successful and growing management consultancy based just outside Reading, who are looking for motivated and commercially minded individuals to join their Consultant Development Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a structured 6-9 month programme, gaining hands-on business development experience, exposure to consulting projects and the skills needed to progress towards an Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential clients, industries and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across leading organisations.
• Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, telephone outreach and campaigns.
• Work closely with senior management to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Gain exposure to consulting projects and develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree educated, ideally achieving a 2:1 or above.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, commercially minded and eager to learn.
• Proactive, resilient and motivated to achieve targets.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Keen to develop a long-term career in management consulting.
