Financial Controller Location: Northampton Salary: £60,000 £70,000 Working Pattern: Hybrid (office presence required initially) We are currently working with an established and growing provider of complex care services across the Northamptonshire region, who are looking to appoint a Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team. This is a key hire for the business, sitting directly below the Finance Director and playing a central role in the day-to-day financial operations and overall performance of the organisation. The Role This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in both the strategic and operational side of finance.
