Role and ResponsibilitiesTake a lead role in the running of projectsWorking on the production design and technical drawing packagesSpeaking directly with clientsTaking personal ownership of projects and being the point of contact for the projectWorking on projects across all stages including later technical stages.Liaising with other team members, contractors, and third parties on a regular basisProducing accurate detailed informationAttending site.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 10 years'' professional experience in the relevant sectorsAbility to work independentlyARB RegisteredProficiency in AutoCAD is essential with Revit ability highly beneficialA technical test will be part of the interview processExperience of running projects and experience of onsite deliveryAbility to deal with design issues finding innovative solutionsLove of architecture and keen to embrace
