Site Manager - New Build Housing

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Site Manager** to join a well-established housebuilder on a large residential development in Norwich.

This is a significant live development with approximately two years remaining on the programme, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to take a lead role on a busy site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish
* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
* Monitoring build quality and overseeing inspections and snagging
* Ensuring effective communication across the site team and supply chain

Requirements

* Proven experience working as a **Site Manager on new build residential developments**
* Strong knowledge of housebuilding construction processes
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
