Chalk Hill Group are working with a dynamic and fast-paced international business based in Portsmouth, seeking an experienced Italian-speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and thrives on accuracy, organisation, and managing high volumes of financial data.Key Responsibilities:Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficientlyReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesLiaising with Italian-speaking suppliers via email and phonePreparing and processing payment runsMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processesAssisting with ad hoc finance tasks as requiredAbout You:Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident communicator with the ability to build supplier relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsWhat''s on Offer:Competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annumSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work within an international businessStable, on-site role in PortsmouthChalk Hill Group is a Recruitment Agency.
