Catering supervisor urgently required for a College in Ballymena. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am - 2pm with a pay rate of £14.29. This is a temporary position expected to last 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the operation of campus canteen, training restaurant, associated training kitchens, classrooms, supervising band 2 and 3 support staff, overseeing all technical, operations and supply requirements.
