This role will mainly be covering the Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridge area but there will be a requirement to support across all our homes depending on business needs. What would a typical day look like? Whilst no day will be the same in this incredibly rewarding role, responsibilities will include: Regular updates across the different departments within the home. Supporting with any developments and ensuring critical information is communicated effectively.Overseeing the occupancy and staffing levels across the home, reducing the need for agency staffing where possible.Undertake audits as required in accordance with our governance system.Ensuring a high standard of care at all times, putting our residents at the centre and making them feel safe, secure and comfortable within their home. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role will implement best practice in our care homes, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout Healthcare Homes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
