You''ll play a key role in ensuring materials are received, inspected and stored accurately, helping to keep production running efficiently and maintaining the highest quality standards. The Role Reporting to the Materials Manager, you''ll be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt of incoming materials, completing goods inwards inspections, accurately recording stock within the ERP system and ensuring materials are stored correctly. Working closely with Stores, Production and Engineering teams, you''ll help maintain stock accuracy and material availability while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Key Responsibilities Safely unload deliveries using forklift trucks in line with company procedures. Check delivery documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes. Carry out goods inwards inspections to ensure materials meet quality and specification requirements. Identify and report damaged, incorrect or non-conforming materials.
