As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).Build positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and personal growth.Support students in managing their behaviour and understanding its impact.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other agencies to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Facilitate the delivery of highly personalised programmes to address individual needs.
