We are looking for a talented and passionate Indian Restaurant Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have a strong knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine and a passion for delivering exceptional flavors, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and fresh breads (naan, roti, paratha).

• 
  

  Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

• 
  

  Manage food preparation, portion control, and kitchen inventory.

• 
  

  Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

• 
  

  Supervise and support kitchen staff when required.

• 
  

  Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes.

Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven experience as a chef in an Indian restaurant.

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

• 
  

  Experience with tandoor cooking is highly desirable.

• 
  

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  

  Excellent time management and teamwork skills.

• 
  

  Food safety certification.
